Shipping policy

Processing time
We aim to process orders within 24–72 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time
Depending on your location, delivery is estimated within 6–15 days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

U.S. standard shipping
Standard shipping is $8 for orders below $100 in our general shipping profile. Eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The qualifying amount is the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Some supplier-shipped items have separate shipping options or charges; the final shipping total is shown at checkout before payment.

Other shipping options
Express shipping, where available, costs extra. International shipping options and charges depend on the items and destination and are shown at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, contact dress@newvelle.net.
